In the renovation of the Eurofred Group’s corporate offices, home automation, innovation and new technologies have been the main protagonists.
The entire building is equipped with a consumption control system. In addition, the building’s artificial lighting is controlled by presence sensors, regulation by means of a button in each workplace (allowing the intensity to be adjusted) and through a mobile application. Likewise, each floor has CO2 control to improve indoor air quality, audiovisual equipment control and irrigation control of green areas.
And all this was projected and designed to always maintain the energy efficiency values of the company Eurofred and our design studio.
They are all those systems or techniques aimed at automating a home or building, integrating technology in security systems, energy, welfare, communications, lighting … to provide security, welfare and comfort to users.
The objective is to facilitate the handling of all systems and products by increasing comfort, safety, optimizing time and communication. In addition, it saves between 50 and 70% of the energy we consume, thus improving our lifestyle.
