This development is part of the ambitious 16,000m² comprehensive interior design project, of which 730m² are amenities, of the 15-level Burgó Tower (Phase 2) of the TIVÉ Vertical Housing Development, in the Bosque Real residential complex, State of Mexico. The performance was planned following the principles of: naturalness, clarity, luminosity, freshness and avant-garde. Winks to nature are sought as a reference, together with the use of local materials. In the same way, an application of the color according to the latest color trends is sought. All based on the latest trends in Biophilia and Biomimicry; giving rise to a design based on nature and in a direct link with the natural environment. In this way, the user will have a connection with the outside from the inside by incorporating natural visual elements. The integration of play on light and shade through the foliage of indoor plants; the creation of spaces in which different shades of light are integrated; and the creation of stimuli, shapes, textures and materials.
In this way, in our international design studio Manuel Torres Design from the Complementa Group, we create the sensation of nature in the interior through the simplicity of random elements. This enhances the illusion of landscape views and creates a blurring of the boundaries between the exterior and interior, providing shelter and privacy to enjoy your home.
