Design of the 14,000m2 of floor space that make up the new Bayer offices in barcelona, a multi-company chemical-pharmaceutical group.

MANUEL TORRES DESIGN has been in charge of the design of the new corporate offices in Barcelona, ​​for the chemical-pharmaceutical multi-company group BAYER, with a global presence and headquarters in Germany.

The project of the new construction corporate building, has consisted of an integral intervention of the 14,000 m2 of surface that make up the offices of the group, including the lobby, central atrium, common areas, operational offices, boardrooms, directional offices…

It has been endowed with meaning and completely equipping each of the areas in an efficient way in order to create a work space in line with the innovations and latest trends in the office design sector.

The aim of the study was to create a space with identity and reflect the leading values ​​of BAYER in the design of space, thus breathing innovation and latest technological advances in space; offering solutions that respond to spatial optimization, performance, comfort, accessibility, security and the projection of the corporate image of the company.
