We used a combination of high gloss lacquered finish in glacier white and slate gray tones, along with walnut wood to create continuity in the spaces. Neutral colors, such as white and mink, create a harmonious and balanced atmosphere. This was achieved using a large format laminate flooring and oak personality that unifies all the rooms.
In this renovation, the original distribution has been modified to create a clear separation between the areas that are meant to rest and those that are meant to be used during the day. In addition, we implemented a specific lighting design. The custom-made furniture completes the transformation of the house. We separate environments such as the bedroom from the bathroom en suite, which hides behind one of the closet doors.
The paneled kitchen features worktops and finishes in a pure marbleized porcelain tile. There is also an island that includes a breakfast bar overlooking the Mediterranean coastline. All of this is complemented with the integration of high-end appliances that include the latest cutting-edge technologies.

The en suite bathrooms and guest bathroom are equipped as well with glossy marbled porcelain tiles. As for the bathroom fixtures, these come from an Italian brand with a very hard gold PVD metallic finish.
The new distribution revolutionizes the living spaces, which gain warmth and depth. This comes as a result of the perimeter lighting project using LED strips in the eaves. The combination of indirect and punctual lights allows creating a cozy and personalized atmosphere for the needs of each inhabitant.
