Manuel Torres Design & NH Collection came together to create a new alliance. They jointly address a concept that goes hand in hand with technology, sustainability and the experience of both companies, joining forces in the continuous search to create spaces that stand out for their quality and design, as well as with the aim of setting trends in the sector and in people’s lives. Those capable of transforming a space into a place with personality, feelings and passion. The passion that promotes change, the one that transforms and the user projects into it.
For this project, a minimalist, sophisticated, elegant and timeless design was chosen in line with the building. A room that aims to reflect the spirit of its guests: citizens of the world used to traveling, but who want to feel at home.
The will has been to give more the spirit of home than of a hotel. The most important thing is that everything revolves around the human factor. We always consider the impact that space has on people.
The whole of the room responds to an artistic conception and a dialectical touch, this hotel is a place of art, then it will be art in itself, as a meeting point for the arts, culture and creativity of a cosmopolitan city and constant movement. The interior design project creates an environment of exquisite and current luxury based on materials, indigenous noblemen of Medellín, and a serene elegance, in which neutral colors predominate.
The proposal of an art gallery hotel tries to go out of the ordinary and offer unique experiences, as well as highly personalized services. Not only do they tend to stand out in terms of their services, they are also establishments with certain architectural attractions and decorative tastes that give the hotel a special personality. These often preserve various works by well-known designers. It is a space for the exhibition and promotion of art, especially visual art, and mainly painting and sculpture, similar to a museum.
The idea is to connect with the guest: people who travel a lot “and who need to be surprised.” People who enjoy art and would like to see it reflected, both in the walls and in the interior design.
